For sale is a Behringer Behritone C50A reference monitor in very good condition.
The C50A was used in a home studio as an additional mono reference speaker for mix translation checks, vocal intelligibility and midrange balance. Its concept is similar to classic Auratone and MixCube-style monitors.
It is intentionally not designed as a full-range speaker. The restricted frequency response makes it useful for checking how a mix translates to smaller everyday playback systems.
Please note:
This listing is for one single active monitor, not a stereo pair. Using one speaker in mono is a common application for this type of reference monitor.
Specifications:
- Active reference monitor
- 5.25" full-range driver
- 30 W amplifier
- XLR, 6.3 mm TRS and RCA inputs
- Frequency range: 90 Hz–17 kHz
- Integrated stand mount on the bottom
Fully functional and technically faultless. Used exclusively in a home studio. Also in very good cosmetic condition; please see the photos.
Ideal for:
- Mixing and translation checks
- Mono checks
- Vocal and midrange evaluation
- Home and project studios
