This is the Axe-Fx III Mark II, Fractal Audio’s flagship 3U rackmount amp modeler, preamp, cabinet simulator, multi-effects processor, and USB audio interface. It is designed for professional studio, live, direct recording, re-amping, rack rigs, FRFR setups, traditional power amp/cab setups, and complex MIDI-controlled systems.

The unit includes Fractal’s advanced amp modeling platform, extensive cabinet simulation, high-end effects, flexible routing, scenes, channels, MIDI control, USB audio, and multiple analog and digital I/O options. It can be used as a complete direct guitar rig, a studio processor, an effects-only rack unit, a 4-cable-method processor, or the center of a larger live/studio setup.

This unit is listed conservatively as the Mark II Standard / non-Turbo version. The front panel shows Axe-Fx III Preamp/FX Processor – Mark II

I bought this unit and have never used it myself. I have also never mounted it in a rack. I have not even plugged it in since purchase. The protective plastic film is still present on the display.

Shipping

Although this is a rack-format professional audio unit, I have never mounted it in a rack. It will be packed with extra protection around the rack ears, front panel, rear jacks, display area, handles, and corners.

The unit will be carefully packed with protective packing material inside a strong outer shipping box.

Shipping will be via tracked and insured postal or courier service depending on destination, parcel size, insurance availability, and final shipping cost. Tracking will be provided after dispatch.

International buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, tariffs, brokerage/handling fees, and any other local taxes or charges required by the destination country. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping price.
