Taylor has a reputation for building baritone guitars that are both inspiring to play and full of deep, resonant tone. Now the lineup gets even more exciting with two limited edition additions to the 300 Series: the 324ce Baritone-6 LTD and the 324ce Baritone-8 LTD.

Both models feature an all solid mahogany Grand Auditorium body with cutaway, delivering a focused, punchy sound with plenty of midrange presence. The natural depth of mahogany perfectly complements the baritone’s lower tuning, while Taylor’s specialized bracing design adds power and clarity across the entire spectrum.

The 6-string 324ce Baritone-6 LTD is tuned a perfect fourth below standard (B-E-A-D-F#-B), making it a great fit for singers with lower vocal ranges, players who love alternate tunings, or anyone wanting to expand their sonic toolkit. The 8-string 324ce Baritone-8 LTD takes things further with paired octave strings on the third and fourth courses, adding a touch of 12-string shimmer without the jangly edge.

Thanks to Taylor’s slender neck profile and a 27-inch scale length that keeps string tension feeling natural, both guitars play effortlessly, making the transition from a standard acoustic smooth and comfortable. Whether you are laying down deep basslines, doubling standard tuned parts, or stepping out front with solo performances, these baritones respond with warmth, depth, and clarity.

The details are as refined as you’d expect: Italian acrylic “Gemstone” inlays on the fretboard and headstock, a hand sprayed shaded edgeburst top, satin finish body and neck, firestripe pickguard, black binding and top trim, a three-ring black rosette with purfling, ebony bridge pins, and Taylor’s black satin tuners. Onboard ES2 electronics make them stage ready, and each ships in a deluxe Taylor hardshell case.
