The Fender Player II Jazz Bass MN PWT Polar White relies on great features that stand out in terms of comfort, playability and look, as well as providing all the advantages for a wide variety of genres. Whether it's dynamic bass lines or rich rock riffs: the Fender Player II Jazz Bass is a versatile E-Bass that is not only perfect for practice or studio sessions but also works as an assertive bass carpet in band contexts and live mixes. The robust alder body has a fresh Polar White finish and shines with easy handling and a comfortable grip - whether sitting or standing. The maple neck with a modern "C" neck profile is fitted with a maple fingerboard, which is equipped with 20 medium jumbo frets and a fingerboard radius of 9.5", making it easy to perform a wide variety of bass techniques and allowing you to quickly change your grip and tackle precise riffs.
The Player II Jazz Bass MN PWT Polar White is equipped with two Player Series Alnico 5 Jazz single coils in the middle and bridge position, which enables a clear tone and a dynamic bass attack. While the bridge pickup is characterized by a rich, voluminous sound with plenty of low-end and a dense sound character, the middle pickup proves to be a dynamic one-coiler, with which a balance of bass, mids and highs is reflected in the frequency image. The sound of the Player II Jazz Bass can be used in all genres thanks to its versatility and is tried and tested with clear sounds when it comes to fast bass lines.
The Player II Jazz Bass has a 4-saddle standard bridge, which ensures a stable string hold. Standard open-gear tuners are available for precise tuning, which keep the Bass in tune. There is also the classic Fender neck plate with the "F" logo on the back of the instrument, which connects the four-bolt neck to the coprus and is considered a pretty detail. The Player II Jazz Bass is also equipped with two separate volume controls for both pickups and a master tone control.
