With the Fender Rumble 40 V3 Combo, the traditional Californian company sends a fully equipped Bass combo for practicing and jamming into the race. With 40 watts of power and a 10" speaker, the practical bass amp delivers a grown-up sound with the typical Fender character, whereby three basic voicings, a 4-band EQ and the Overdrive promise a variety of timbres. A balanced line out, Aux-In and headphone jack complete the features of the Rumble 40 Combo from Fender.
The single-channel Rumble 40 offers versatile options for setting up the perfect Bass sound. In addition to the gain control for the strength of the input signal, three switches recall basic voicings for the Bass sound. Vintage provides a warm old-school sound with tube character, Contour lowers the mids for crisp slap sounds, and Bright emphasizes the highest frequencies for increased punch. In addition, the Fender Rumble 40 features a 4-band tone control for precise tone adjustment.
The switchable overdrive elicits juicy distortions from the Fender Rumble 40 if desired, which give the Bass sounds of rock and metal the final touch. While the Drive control determines the intensity of the Overdrive, the Level control adjusts its volume. An optional footswitch can also be used to conveniently turn the Overdrive on and off without having to interrupt the E-Bass playing.
Last but not least, the Rumble 40 V3 Combo from Fender offers extensive connections that expand the bass amp's application possibilities. The balanced XLR Line-Out allows direct sampling of the Bass sound for mixers or audio interfaces, while the Aux-In enables the playback of backing tracks. Thanks to the headphone jack, the Rumble 40 is also suitable for playing Bass silently at an advanced hour.
