Ultra-lightweight rope-tuned 10” djembe from Travel series with patented synthetic construction that makes it a great drum for everyone from professional musicians to recreational players. It is 20% lighter than fiberglass djembes and can be easily carried around. Djembe features the hand selected goat skin head with diameter of 10” that produce the traditional slaps and warm bass tones found in traditional African drums and provides an authentic feel, 4 mm thick pre-stretched HTP nylon rope with 25 runners that holds the tuning in place, and non-slip rubber bottom that protects the drum from scratches.
