A professional active DI box that converts instrument or line-level signals into a balanced XLR output, with adjustable input attenuation and a low-pass filter. Must be powered via 48V phantom power (no battery option) and has no ground-lift switch, since the input and output are already galvanically isolated via a transformer-coupled DC-DC converter.
