Up for sale is a beautiful B&S "Blue Label" tenor saxophone in its rare silver-plated finish, manufactured in 1973.The instrument was fully overhauled in April 2026 (brand new pads, corks, and felts) and is 100% ready to play. It delivers a huge, dark, and warm vintage sound, perfect for Jazz and Blues. It features a few small, purely cosmetic dings/dents that have absolutely no impact on the sound quality or playability. It only shows normal, age-related silver tarnish.
- Body & Keywork: Solid and sturdy structure. It shows only minor cosmetic signs of use and a few minor, non-structural dents that absolutely do not affect the sound, response, or intonation.
- Pads & Playability: The saxophone has been recently serviced and regulated. The pads are in very good condition with great sealing. It is 100% ready to play right out of the box across the entire range.
