This is a genuine vintage Pulse Techniques unit—not a modern reissue or clone. It has been carefully kept over the years and remains in very nice cosmetic condition for its age.
The EQP-1A3 is one of the most sought-after passive tube equalizers ever built, renowned for its smooth low-end boost/attenuation interaction and musical high-frequency shaping.
