For sale is my 2017 Fender American Vintage ’59 Stratocaster in classic 3-Tone Sunburst, from Fender’s highly regarded American Vintage series.
The guitar is in good condition, especially considering its thin vintage-style nitrocellulose lacquer finish. It shows normal signs of use and some natural ageing/wear, as can be expected from this type of finish. There is fretwear, visible on the photos, didnt bother me while playing. Please see the photos for the exact condition.
Van Zandt True Vintage pickups
The guitar is currently fitted with a complete set of Van Zandt True Vintage Stratocaster pickups.
These are excellent vintage-voiced pickups with a very authentic late-'50s/early-'60s Strat character: clear, open and dynamic with plenty of classic Strat sparkle.
The original Fender American Vintage ’59 pickups are also included with the guitar, so the next owner can easily return the guitar to its original pickup configuration if desired.
No routing or other irreversible modifications have been made to the guitar.

A particularly nice Strat for someone looking for a discontinued American Vintage-series Fender, while still having the option to return the guitar to its original pickup configuration.
