1988 Gibson Les Paul Custom Lite "Showcase Edition" Goldtop

Rare doesn't begin to cover it: this is a 1988 Gibson Custom Lite Showcase Edition, one of only 200 and 1 of 50 Goldtop ever built as part of Gibson's exclusive Showcase series, complete with its original Certificate of Authenticity. Presented in stunning Goldtop finish and looking like it left the factory yesterday, it's finished off by a real collector's detail: the original-period EMG active pickups with their tan-backed covers, an EMG-58 in the neck and EMG-81 in the bridge, increasingly hard to find intact and unmolested after all these years. Complete with its original hardshell case.

**The guitar can be safely shipped worldwide with express shipment: ask for info and costs for your country before place offers or orders: insuring a shipment will cost 1% of the instrument’s value.

If tweaking action, intonation, etc. or having the instrument set up to your specs is not something you are comfortable with doing yourself, you will need the help of a local-to-you tech/ professional. Note that any associated fees incurred for their time and labor will be your responsibility.

Most of my items have an inspection sheet included with the photos. If I made an error in my description and you are not satisfied with the item, then contact me within 48 hours of receipt and get it back to me 7 days after receipt. You will have to pay for return shipping. If the item is in the same condition that I shipped it in, I will grant you a full refund of the original purchase price only.
