Acoustic Isolation & Advanced Tonal Sculpting
The BBNE2 White features twin custom-voiced Alnico V stacked humbuckers designed to reject stage hum while retaining dynamic single-coil punch. Complemented by an onboard 3-band active EQ and Yamaha’s switchable Mid Cut "Magic Box" circuit, you can instantly alter your tonal curve from a fat, warm foundation to a scooped, slap-ready modern voice with complete precision.
To preserve maximum note separation on the low B string, Yamaha engineered the BPZ-7 individual bridge system. By mounting each string saddle independently to the solid maple/alder body, sympathetic string resonance is eliminated for crystal-clear chordal playing and fast, articulate runs. Treated with Yamaha’s Initial Response Acceleration (I.R.A.) aging process, this instrument delivers instant acoustic resonance and played-in feel from day one.
