The body uses a traditional X-bracing (Cross-Lap bracing) pattern, contributing to a balanced response and controlled projection typical of small-bodied guitars from the pre-war era.The mahogany neck is shaped in a Thin C profile and fitted with an ovangkol fingerboard, offering a comfortable and familiar playing feel. With a 12th-fret neck joint and a 25.4″ scale length, the RPS-7-E-TS produces a warm, woody character with a slightly softer string tension feel.
