A quite rare MIJ Fujigen Fender contemporary Stratocaster from the mid 80's. The guitar was assembled in the US with Japanese parts. It has a Kahler Spyder lock tremolo and Gotoh tuners.
The colour is a beautiful sunburst (quite rare in itself). The body wood is Alder with ebony fingerboard, 22 frets with a classic 12" radius.
Very versatile instrument (HSS configured pickups, the double one can be split), ideal for everything from Hard Rock/Metal to Blues, with an eye watering Fender tone.
The strings are brand new 9ers.
It has been played quite a lot and there are a few bumps and bruises (photos). The tone potentiometer cap has been replaced, everything else is original.
It comes with a hard flight case (not the original one). I am it's first owner.
