Cort Headless In beautiful Star Dust Green finish.

-Maple body with a poplar burl top.

-7-piece neck made of roasted maple, maple, walnut, and purpleheart. C-shaped profile.

-Roasted maple fingerboard with a 15.75" radius.

-24 medium-jumbo frets plus a zero fret.

-34" scale length.

-Bartolini MK-1 pickups and preamp with bass, mid, and treble controls.

The bass is pleasantly lightweight, making it comfortable even for someone with back problems. Thanks to its headless design, it's perfectly balanced with no neck dive whatsoever. Overall, it's an exceptionally nice instrument to play. The only reason I'm selling it is that the neck is just a little too thick for my hands, no matter how much I try to move away from Ibanez's "toothpick" necks.

The bass has mainly been used for rehearsals and a couple of gigs as a backup instrument. It has no dings, dents, or noticeable wear.

It is currently set up In C standard tuning with a relatively fresh 55-130 string set. To fit these heavy-gauge strings, I had to remove the headpiece string lock once and slightly file the slot for the lowest string so it would fit properly. While reinstalling the string lock, one of the screws snapped and was replaced with a standard screw. This is visible in the photos, but it has no practical effect on the instrument's functionality.

Because of the string gauge, the saddle for the second-thickest string has been rotated 180 degrees to allow proper intonation adjustment. It can easily be returned to its original orientation simply by rotating it back.

Included with the bass are the original Cort gig bag made specifically for this model, as well as Schaller strap locks.
