For your consideration and immense pleasure,  a VINTAGE 1970s LUDWIG LM404 ACROLITE 5x14" SNARE DRUM,  in GREAT, USED CONDITION!   This  Ludwig snare drum features all of the Original Equipped Manufactured components, right down to the heads!

And this one is fairly clean with the shell's exterior having some signs of use from the past 5 decades  It could be disassembled and detailed to perfection but I am leaving that up to you. 

This Acrolite features the Blue & Olive badge with pointed corners, a telltale sign that is was produced in the 1970s, especially when combined with a serial number of seven digits, beginning with "132" indicating that the year of manufacture was 1978. 

All of the original, factory parts are there, including the heads and this drum needs nothing and can be used right out of the box s it will arrive at your doorstep in the condition as seen in the photos and video!   

The batter head is a factory Ludwig "Striders" clear/silver dot batter head over an opaque Ludwig "WeatherMaster" bottom head and features the factory Acrolite snare wires which they, themselves, are in very good condition, operated with the P-85/P-32 throw-off and butt combination.  The round, grey internal felt muffler is in good condition and is adjusted by the smaller, 1960s style dial knob.
