That one microphone your mic locker is missing...

Up for sale is a rare and exceptional RFT Funkwerk CM 7151 "bottle" condenser microphone, made in Germany between 153 and 1957, serial number 4366. This is a serious vintage mic with a verified original Neumann M7 capsule — the same capsule found in legendary mics like the U47 and CMV 563.

This microphone has been professionally modified and serviced by Daniel Roux at Neumann France. The internal circuit has been rebuilt with a transistor preamp stage and a standard 48V phantom-powered XLR output — meaning you can plug it straight into any modern preamp with no external power supply needed.

It works great and sounds fantastic.

Comes with a metal flight case.

Ships fully insured with protective packaging. Questions welcome!
