1940 GIBSON L-12 – SUNBURST
Wonderful 1940 Gibson L-12 archtop acoustic guitar in Sunburst finish in excellent condition. It’s exceptionally clean and beautiful with a stunning flamed maple back and very nice dark brown sunburst color. It’s got a 17″ non-cutaway body with flamed-maple body and arched solid spruce top. It’s been refretted and the tuners have been changed, Otherwise it’s original. The big C-shaped mahogany neck is comfortable to play and the big 17″ non-cut body has a great, rich and warm sound. Great action and a superb sounding instrument! The guitar has an old repaired crack on the top. Comes in newer case.
