The GEWA Viola Set Allegro not only provides the perfect foundation for a smooth start in the world of viola playing but also offers advanced players an excellent-sounding instrument. Solid European tonewoods, including maple and spruce, are responsible for the viola’s amazingly resonant sound character, while the high-quality ebony fittings chinrest, fingerboard, and tuning pegs ensure pleasant playability and unrestricted function. The four fine tuners of the Wittner tailpiece and the AlphaYue string set from Thomastik, which comes pre-strung and is particularly comfortable to play, make the set especially beginner-friendly. The Allegro viola set is completed by a matching shaped case, a massaranduba bow that fits comfortably in the hand, and matching rosin.
