Hardly any other electric guitar can look back on such an eventful history as the famous '59 Les Paul with the serial number 9 2208, which initially found itself in the hands of Peter Green and was affectionately referred to by him as the 'Magic Guitar'. In the early seventies, he sold it to none other than blues legend Gary Moore, until it finally found its way to Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett in 2014, who still plays it on the world's biggest stages today.
