As the third Signature guitar developed together with the Texan guitar genius, the Ibanez Tim Henson TOD10 combines a particularly clean and elegant look with playing characteristics optimized down to the smallest details and multi-faceted sounds. Based on the popular AZ design, the Classic Silver lacquered electric guitar features an ergonomically designed basswood body and a roasted maple neck in the agile "AZ Oval C" profile, whose ebony fingerboard bears a somber "Tree or Death" Inlay. Active Fishman Fluence Tim Henson Signature pickups with distinct, switchable voicings deliver Polyphia's signature tone on the guitar amp, ranging from near-acoustic sounding cleans to an elegant Distortion. A smoothly responding Gotoh T1502 2-Point Tremolo and Gotoh MG-T Locking tuners complete the equipment of the Tim Henson TOD10 Signature electric guitar from Ibanez.

Tim Henson chose the Ibanez AZ design, which has become a modern classic, as the basis for the TOD10, providing ideal conditions for highly complex and virtuoso playing techniques. While the ergonomic shape of the linden body hugs the body with perfect balance, the flowing Super All Access Neck Joint allows easy access to the highest registers of the roasted maple neck. This nestles comfortably in the hand due to the perfect curve of the "AZ Oval C" profile and promises buttery smooth playing characteristics between the 24 stainless steel frets of the ebony fingerboard. In addition to the elegant "Tree or Death" inlay, fluorescent Luminlay side dots mark the layers.

The electrical sound transformation of the Ibanez TOD10 is handled by two Fishman Fluence Modern Tim Henson Signature pickups, whose voicings have been perfectly tuned to the sound ideas of the Polyphia mastermind. In addition to the fat and smooth humbucker voicing, the Tim Henson neck pickup offers a hyper-clean tone that reaches into acoustic sound realms when needed. The bridge pickup, on the other hand, impresses not only with a sound pattern inspired by Tim Henson's favourite pickups, but also with a perfect hot rodded sound for singing leads. Both Fluence Tim Henson pickups also feature glassy single-coil voicing. The Ibanez TOD10 is also controlled by a 5-way switch, a volume knob and a tone pot with push/pull switch for changing pickup voicings.

Last but not least, Ibanez completes the Tim Henson TOD10 Signature guitar with professional hardware that seamlessly blends into the clean design with its chrome look. A Gotoh T1502 2-point tremolo is used as the bridge on the body, responding smoothly to the tremolo lever and decorating melodies or chords with shimmering modulations. Thanks to six individually adjustable tailpieces, the system also guarantees precise intonation and string action adjustment even when using alternative tunings. On the headstock, however, Gotoh MG-T Locking tuners keep the Ibanez TOD10 securely in the correct tuning even with frequent reaches to the tremolo system. ​​​​​​​
