Mine is both brand new and tested. It has the latest OS Version - 3.9.0 - and all the sounds I could grab from the net. I didn’t use it because I can’t make friends with the MPC work flow. I tried each and every model but I had to give up because they only made me angry and frustrated not being able to find my way around their operating way. The keyboard is really factory new and still in warranty. The plastic protective cover on the display is still there, I never removed it as I didn’t use the thing at all. Accesories and original cardboard box come with the product, together with the original receipt from the store.
