For sale is a well-maintained Audient ASP8024 analog recording console from a professional studio environment.

Designed by David Dearden, the ASP8024 has earned an outstanding reputation among recording and mixing engineers for combining the sound and workflow of a classic British large-format console with the reliability and practicality of a modern analog design. Its transparent Class A microphone preamps, musical 4-band EQ, and intuitive inline architecture have made it a favourite in professional studios around the world.

The console sounds exactly as an ASP8024 should: open, detailed, punchy and effortless to work on. Whether you’re tracking a full band, mixing through analog hardware, or using it as the centerpiece of a hybrid studio, it offers a fast and inspiring workflow.

Unlike many vintage large-format consoles, the ASP8024 is remarkably easy to own. It is essentially plug-and-play, requires very little maintenance, and is straightforward to service when necessary. Audient’s support has always been excellent, and with the current ASP8024-HE still in production, documentation, technical support, and many spare parts remain readily available.

This console is fully functional. All faders, knobs, switches, microphone preamps, EQs, LEDs, routing, and monitoring functions operate exactly as they should.

The console is being sold only because my studio is undergoing major changes, and it is no longer getting the use it deserves.
