Here's a nice little 1U rackmount module from 1985—the Maxon DD1000, also marketed as Ibanez... well, DD1000.
The main feature of this module is that it offers two distinct delay lines in one unit, each with its own controls, inputs and outputs.
Delay 1 has a range of 0.5-256mSec (subdivided in 4 steps for finer adjustments), and Delay 2 has a range of 16-4096mSec (also split into 4 subranges). The first channel adds modulation capabilities, with Width and Speed controls.
On the back, we have the following connections for each channel:
Input (via 6.35mm jack or RCA)
Dry Output (jack/RCA)
Mix Output (jack/RCA)
Inverted Mix Output (jack/RCA)
ON/OFF Footswitch
When you insert a jack in the Dry output, the Mix output only sends out the 100% wet signal.
In addition, Delay 2 is equipped with a footswitch connection for the Hold function.
The levels of the inputs/outputs is switchable between -20dBm and -10dBm to match the source and destination of the signal.
Thanks to the number of connections and the two separate delay lines, the flexibility of this module is huge. Not only you can process two independent signals in two different ways or use Delay 1 as a chorus/flanger thanks to its shorter delay times and modulation function—you can also take the wet output of one channel and feed it into the other one, then add modulation, and get amazing unpredictable results!
The unit is powered via a 9V center-negative transformer (not included).
Very good cosmetic conditions, with just a couple of scratches here and there, mostly not visible when the unit is placed in a rack, and in perfect functional conditions.
The rack ears can be removed, so you can use the module as a desktop unit if you like.
Proper packaging guaranteed.
