The Ibanez Standard AR320-MBM Midnight Black Metallic embodies the classic AR design in a sleek version with a rich metallic finish. The okoumé body is combined with a three-piece, set-in maple neck, whose smooth-heel joint facilitates comfortable access to the higher registers. The bound jatoba fingerboard features 22 medium frets and decorative acrylic and abalone block inlays. Two Ibanez Super 58 humbuckers deliver the characteristic vintage-oriented tone and can be configured in a variety of ways via two separate Tri-Sound switches. The traditional control layout comprises two volume and two tone controls, as well as a 3-way toggle switch. A Gibraltar Performer bridge, the Quik Change Classic tailpiece and gold hardware add functional and aesthetic highlights.
