With the help of elaborate analyses of classic AC0 and AC15 models, the sonic essence of the early VOX era has been reinterpreted and thus transports the original AC30 sound in its entirety. The typical "British Chime", the harmonic overtone spectrum and the unique midrange presence have been reissued at the highest level thanks to a completely revised circuit and hand-wired signal paths. The 12" Celestion G12M Greenback speaker provides a grandiose sound that is defined by sparkling highs and rich bass. In addition, the reinterpretation of the power supply circuit delivers the authentic output of the characteristic "compression" and "sag" behavior of classic tube amps, while the custom-made output transformer perfectly accentuates harmonic components. On top of this, the open-back construction with a robust wooden frame enhances the sound development in the mid-range and makes a decisive contribution to the spatial depth of the sound.
