The unit is in good order and functions perfectly. It has a few rare bonus features which help to integrate it into modern studios and workflows.

Most importantly, the original arcane display connector has been modded and replaced with a VGA one, enabling the use of any easily sourced monitor (pictured example is not included in the listing). The display on the unit itself is rather dim - in reality it is harder to read than the photo here suggests - but given its small size and the superior ease afforded by using a monitor, I considered it not worth replacing.

Similarly, the proprietary mouse connector has an adapter allowing the use of any USB mouse (a generic mouse IS included).

And thirdly a SCSI2SD unit with its own PSU, operating system (no need for boot floppy), and a bunch of sounds is included.
