Selmer B-Clarinette which I do not know much about except that my father bought it back in the 1950's
It has the Serial Number Q3536
I am not sure but I believe the clarinet was manufactured 1936 maybe later.
I was told that Benny Goodman favored this model due to ist especially warm sound.
It is definitely a restoration project.
