The Brancher S31 is a high-performance metal mouthpiece designed for tenor saxophone, belonging to the “Super Bright” (S) chamber series. It delivers an extremely bright, focused, and powerful sound, making it especially suitable for modern genres such as pop, rock, and fusion.
Crafted from metal alloys rich in harmonic content and finished with precise computer-assisted machining and hand polishing, the S31 offers excellent response, projection, and tonal richness across all registers.
The S chamber features a high baffle design, producing an edgy, brilliant tone with strong upper harmonics and clear articulation, ideal for both stage and studio performance.
With a tip opening of approximately 3.10 mm (0.123'' is between a 9 and a 9*) , the mouthpiece allows for high volume and dynamic flexibility while maintaining ease of playability. It comes supplied with a semi-rigid ligature and mouthpiece cap.
