For sale is my Fulltone Ultimate Octave pedal. I am the second owner of this pedal.

The Ultimate Octave is one of Fulltone’s more distinctive fuzz pedals, combining a thick, harmonically rich fuzz with a switchable octave-up effect. The octave section adds that classic upper-octave character, particularly when playing higher up the neck, while the fuzz itself has plenty of character and works equally well on its own.

This pedal has been well cared for throughout its life, but my Dr No Octofuzz replaced it some years ago Since then it has been used for the odd studio session, but mainly been safely stored away. It remains in very good overall condition, with only minor signs of normal use, most noticeable is the sticker on the back that was roughed up a bit by removing the industrial velcro for my pedalboard.

I’ve owned it for about five years, but it has spent most of that time stored away rather than being used. I’m gradually letting go of some gear that deserves to be played rather than sitting in a cabinet.

A nice opportunity to pick up an original Fulltone Ultimate Octave, especially now that Fulltone pedals from this era have become increasingly sought after.

Note: the pedal came to me not in working order, but it was just a matter of swapping out the 100nF capacitor for a fresh one of the same brand.
