MIJ CE-2, Black Label, Long DashCE-2's are older Boss/ACA adapter requirement - so either a Boss ACA adapter, 9v battery, or 12v adapter powers it - a typical everyday 9v 200mA adapter will not be sufficient power, the light will be dim and the output distorted (in a non-desirable manner).
