The Collings 0001 is the ideal guitar for string-band purists or any guitarist who wants maximum power from a comfortably-sized instrument with an elegant, old-time appearance. This one features Honduran mahogany back and sides with tortoise body binding and ebony butt wedge, b/w/b/w top purfling, a walnut backstrip, dot fingerboard inlays, and a simpler 1-style rosette. It is in good condition, with a dent on back of headstock, scratches all over back of body, rough finish on forearm area, tarnishing on tuners, light scratches to front of the body. We have given this guitar a full check over, the trussrod and electronics all work perfectly. Included is the original fitted hardcase (this has some corrosion on the latches).
