Hohner Automatic Rhythm Player – vintage analog drum machine

Awesome analog drum machine made by German manufacturer Hohner, delivering that unmistakable analog sound you know from rhythm machines of the 60s and 70s.

This unit is housed in a nice-looking wooden case, which is in good overall condition with only minor scratches. The machine is fully working – all pots and switches function perfectly, and the rhythm patterns sound fantastic.

The real fun begins when you press two (or more) rhythm buttons at once – creating unique and unexpected grooves that go far beyond the stock presets.

For those who like to tweak: you can adjust decay times and volume of some internal instruments. It’s easy to dial in an overdriven snare or a long-decay kick drum. The original service manual (included!) shows exactly where to apply your screwdriver.

This particular unit has not been modified, so all sounds are still factory original – great for collectors, or those wanting to mod from scratch.
