The original lacquer is intact and in excellent condition for its age: approximately 80% is still present, with natural honest wear consistent with a well-kept horn from this era. The bell engraving is crisp and clearly legible, reading "Henri Selmer Paris / Fabriqué en France par H. Selmer & Cie / Place Dancourt, Paris / New-York · Elkhart · London". Classic European market configuration.

The saxophone received a full professional overhaul approximately 15 years ago and has not been played since. Pads and mechanics are in excellent condition — virtually unplayed since the overhaul. The neck is straight with no pull-down.

A vintage Otto Link metal mouthpiece is included.

The price includes an original Music Pool leather case, padded, in good overall condition. (See photo)
