By converting your signal from high to low-impedance, the Saturnworks buffer keeps your high-end crisp. The buffer also works to preserve your tone when placed before passive splitters, when using a passive A/B/Y, for example. The buffer circuit can also be set up for bass. The bass version allows for more lows, but doesn't cut any highs; so it can also be used with guitar.
