The Galaxy '74 is a high-end stereo digital pedal that faithfully recreates the legendary 1970s Roland RE-201 Space Echo. Thanks to dual-processor UAFX technology, it accurately models the Space Echo's multi-head tape delay, spring reverb, and renowned analog preamp, delivering the characteristic warmth, saturation, wow & flutter, and compression. It offers seven playback head combinations, extended delay times compared to the original, tap tempo, controllable self-oscillation, and Tape Age, Bass, Treble, and Dwell controls for fine-tuning the sound. Operating in mono, stereo, or dual mono, it features trails, analog dry-through, buffered bypass, Bluetooth connectivity, and USB-C/MIDI via the UAFX Control app for access to advanced functions.
