Traditional craftsmanship meets high-tech Byzance cymbals are manufactured in Turkey according to time-honoured craft traditions, where they are shaped by hand through hammering. Back at the company’s headquarters in Gutenstetten, the premium B20 bronze sheets are then finished using state-of-the-art technology to achieve one of the six different Byzance finishes. With this combination of tradition and high-tech, Byzance cymbals have secured a firm place in every musical style across the globe. The Vintage Pure Ride Series Renowned and beloved for their incomparably deep, dark and dry sound, the Byzance Vintage series is being expanded with two new ride cymbal variants – the Vintage Pure Ride and the Vintage Pure Light Ride. With their distinctive appearance and striking sound, they are ideally suited to all musical styles that favour a somewhat more subdued tone.
