The Fender Mustang LT40S is just the right amp for beginners and advanced players looking for versatile sounds. The compact and easy-to-use combo amp offers 20 different amp sounds ranging from classic Fender cleans to British and U.S. high gain bolides, and a variety of different genres to serve easily. A 25 effects FX section with multiple distortions, overdrives and modulation effects is also on board the Mustang LT40S. For play along and first recordings via a DAW, the LT40S is furthermore well equipped with an aux-in for playback devices and a USB port. Extensive amp and effects sectionWith a tremendously large number of detailed amp simulations, the FENDER Mustang LT40S creates an enormously flexible sound image. 20 different amp sounds can be optionally integrated into the virtual signal path. 25 different effects are available for this purpose. furthermore, the amp offers 60 Preset slots for saving your own creations. The pre-installed and editable factory presets present impressively authentic sounds of the biggest guitar hits. Ready for Studio with USB and Aux InputEspecially for budding bedroom shredders and first-home recording sessions, the Mustang LT40S is equipped with some additional features and connections. Aux input in 3.5mm jack format lets you play back entire songs as a play-along through the two internal 4" Fender Special Design speakers, while the headphone jack in stereo format mutes the speaker when headphones are plugged in, allowing for silent practice. For professional studio-quality recordings and firmware updates, the LT40S even has a micro-USB port. Simple operationThe operation of the Fender Mustang LT40S is very simple. In addition to the classic rotary controls for gain, volume, Master and the 3-band Equalizer with basses, mids and trebles, the selection and editing of presets is done solely via the Edit button and the 1.8" colour display. For intuitive input of the effect tempo, there is a Tap switch for tapping in the tempo and even a tuner. Alternatively, presets can be easily changed on the fly with an optional footswitch.
