The Fender Bassbreaker 15 is a versatile 15-watt valve guitar amplifier that combines classic Fender foundations with a distinctly more aggressive, British-influenced voice. Designed for stage, studio, and home use, it offers everything from articulate cleans and edge-of-breakup tones through to saturated overdrive while retaining the dynamics and character of the guitar.
Three 12AX7 preamp valves feed a pair of EL84 power valves, giving the Bassbreaker 15 a punchy midrange response and plenty of natural valve compression. A three-position Gain Structure switch dramatically changes the character and amount of available gain, providing three distinct voicings without the complexity of a multi-channel amplifier.
For recording and direct applications, the Bassbreaker 15 features a balanced XLR line output with switchable speaker emulation and ground lift. The Power Amp Mute allows the direct output to be used without the power amp, while an adjustable digital hall reverb provides ambience without requiring external effects.
