In 1961, when the Les Paul changed shape to become the SG, the Special followed suit, though it wasn't until 1963 that it finally received its definitive name: SG. Compared to a Junior, the neck features binding, a handsome logo, and, most importantly, a second P90 pickup! Simple and effective with its two pickups, it's the very essence of rock and roll! The construction is classic: mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard with a 12-inch radius. It weighs only 3.12 kg and is sold with its certificate of authenticity, accessories, and original case.
