The Uher D9/Hi, produced in West Germany during the 1960s,Is an unusual one for the company. compact, engineered with the same internal dynamic architecture found in Telefunken’s D9-series designs.

While the capsule construction and acoustic chamber show clear family resemblance, the D9/Hi stands apart with its unique outer shell

This example is in excellent optical condition, converted professionally to a modern XLR connection, and retains all original internal components.

The D9/Hi’s body is a sleek cylindrical casting with Uher’s distinctive contours—minimalist but unmistakably vintage German.
