The Mosaic is a unique pedal that transforms the sound of a standard 6-string guitar into a remarkably convincing 12-string guitar simulation, thanks to its polyphonic processing and intelligent doubling technology. With just two controls (Level and Tone), it easily delivers the famous “jangle” tone of Rickenbacker guitars made legendary by artists such as The Byrds, Tom Petty, and U2, without the need to carry or tune an actual 12-string guitar. Its tracking quality is widely praised, performing equally well with both chords and arpeggios. While it cannot completely replace a real 12-string and may sound slightly artificial when pushed to extremes, it is generally regarded as one of the best pedals of its kind on the market.
