Novo's new "core" lineup is the Nucleus series, and we've had the pleasure of receiving some of the first examples! The Miris is the semi-hollow model in Novo's lineup, and has the same offset silhouette as the Serus!

We had the pleasure of receiving some of the first models of Novo's new Nucleus series, and this Miris is one of them! Masterfully designed by the famous Dennis Fano and built by the skilled team in Nashville, these guitars are in a class of their own!

The Miris is the semi-hollow model from Novo's lineup, and features the same offset silhouette as the Serus. However, the 'J' also takes inspiration from the Jazzmaster and stands out with its new 'Novo-branded' Mastery bridge and vibrato. Cloaked in an aged 3-Tone Burst finish, it also looks stunning, and we're big fans of the matching headstock that comes standard on Miris models!

The "tempered" neck actually means the same thing as "roasted" or "torrefied" and provides an aged look and more resonance. The finish has also been taken in hand by Novo and slightly aged, and with that, this guitar already exudes a good deal of vintage flair and is a joy to play. In addition to the volume and tone knobs, it has a three-position switch for more than enough tonal variety; the Fralin P90s effortlessly deliver any sound you could want to hear!
