1961 Fender Musicmaster in nice condition. The guitar has a beautiful worn neck with no neck date which in combination with the very clean Tan-colored body could probably be a 1959/1960 neck from another guitar. However, the guitar has the desired slab dark rosewood board and an amazing feel to it. The pickup has been rewound (carefully done by Kloppmann Electrics in Germany) and a new dot inlay at 15th fret. The Musicmaster was introduced in 1955 and they first ones shipped in 1956. They have the same wood and basic specs as their big sisters… It has the same neck profile like an early 1960s Stratocasters – you basically get the same sound and feel at 3/4 size. The low e-string tuner has a broken slot but it doesn’t affect it’s function. Comes incl. original case.
