LOOK MA NO PICKUPS!!! All the Modulus fans out there I can assure You that You don't have this one. It is an extremely rare instrument. This one of 2 ever made (second being 5-string). From what I know it has been made as a prototype for NAAM back in the day. It has Lightwave pickups (did I say no noise at all just the sound of this gorgeous bass) and Piezo in the bridge. It is not Your average J or P bass sound this one is a modern and fresh sounding instrument. Great for chords, tapping, thumb, and pluck. It has an internal rechargeable battery which has been recently updated to the current Lightwave model along with the charger. You can see it being charged in the pictures. Excellent Condition, the neck is carbon fiber straight and solid absolutely no fretware. Low action.
I could find only ONE small ding on the body, which is shown in the pictures!!! I am the second owner of this bass, I think I've got it on eBay in 2004/2005 I have played it only a handful of times since I've got it. Rest of the time it stayed in the case in my studio. Original case included.
Time to let it go, since my playing time is exclusively devoted to my beloved MTD 637-26.
