The IK Multimedia iLoud Micro Monitor Pro are very small active monitor speakers, but surprisingly capable: each speaker has a 3″ woofer, a 1″ tweeter, and 50W RMS Class D amplification, with a claimed frequency response of 50Hz–20kHz ±2dB. Their main advantage is the DSP with automatic ARC calibration, which corrects for room acoustics and allows for much more reliable performance, even in a small office or less-than-ideal room. They feature XLR and RCA inputs, USB-C for control, adjustable feet, and can be mounted on stands. They are particularly well-suited for home studios, mixing, guitar/DAW practice, and near-field monitoring, offering plenty of detail and surprising bass for their size, but they obviously won't replace large monitors for high sound pressure levels and deep bass.
