Fender Player II Jazzmaster RW BLK Black electric guitar at a glance:

The Fender Player II Jazzmaster RW BLK Black is one of the new offset models from the Player Series II and features the unique Vintage-Sound of the late 50s and 60s. In addition, the electric guitar has been enhanced with contemporary features to guarantee maximum comfort without losing the iconic Jazzmaster charm. The typical mid-range Jazzmaster twang and the present highs are realized by two Player Series Alnico 5 Jazzmaster single coils in the neck and bridge position. Naturally, both pickups are equipped with the typical Jazzmaster pickup covers in Aged White, which sets the scene for the full vintage character. The Player II Jazzmaster comes with an alder body and a four-piece bolt-on maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. The modern "C" neck profile and the 9.5" fingerboard radius ensure easy handling when it comes to quick finger changes, while the offset design allows for an ergonomically comfortable posture.

Player Series Alnico 5 Jazzmaster Single Coils

The Player II Jazzmaster RW BLK Black comes with two Player Series Alnico 5 Jazzmaster single coils in the neck and bridge position, which deliver the crisp Jazzmaster sound. A 3-way switch allows both pickups to be controlled individually or simultaneously, while a master volume and master tone control are available for volume and tone control. The dense, mid-range sound is complemented by clearly present trebles, making the Player II Jazzmaster a unique instrument for genres such as blues or surf rock, but it is also popular with experimental musicians in exotic genres such as shoegaze, grunge or alternative rock in general.

Vintage-style floating tremolo and hardware

The highlight of the Player II Jazzmaster is the vintage-style floating tremolo, which can be used for light vibrato nuances or stronger accents. The pop-in vintage-style Jazzmaster tremolo arm is characterized by its practical length, which makes it easy to operate quickly while playing the guitar. Other hardware features include the Fender ClassicGear tuners, the Jazzmaster bridge with Mustang saddles and the classic neck plate with the "F" logo. Overall, the Player II Jazzmaster turns out to be a high-quality electric guitar that not only guarantees all the advantages in terms of playability and handling but also brings the full vintage charm with it.
