The fully analogue circuit with Bucket Brigade Devices (BBD) provides a first-class sound experience with smooth modulation and natural warmth. In addition to the Rate, Width and Intensity controls for precise adjustment of modulation speed, width and depth, the MXR M83 Bass Chorus Deluxe features a 2-band EQ for adjusting the tone. Furthermore, the MXR Bass Chorus Deluxe features a X-Over mode that reduces the modulation effect in frequencies below 100 Hz, giving clarity and punch to deep notes. For a particularly wide sound panorama, the MXR M83 Bass Chorus Deluxe can be used in stereo after flipping the internal DIP switch.
