Gibson Custom Shop ES-175 ’59 Historic Reissue VOS - 2015This 1959 reissue ES-175 is meticulously crafted to historical specifications, utilizing correct 1950’s wood layering, a thinner nitrocellulose lacquer finish and vintage spec hardware. The body is a 3-ply Maple/Popular/Maple laminate fully hollow-body construction.The neck is Mahogany with a bound Rosewood fingerboard and a 1950’s “C” profile. The pickups are Gibson MHS (Memphis Historic Spec) humbuckers. The guitar is in very good condition overall, with no breaks or repairs, but does have some light scratches in the finish. It is strung with Ernie Ball 12-52’s flat wound strings and has been professionally set up by a local guitar technician. Please refer to additional specifications below. The guitar comes with the original Lifton reissue case and the Gibson COA (certificate of authenticity).The guitar is sold as-is, and the sale is final.
