The Fender American Professional II Telecaster Roasted Pine is a USA-made electric guitar that combines classic Telecaster design with modern Fender innovations. Featuring a roasted pine body finished in a gloss urethane coating, this model offers a distinctive take on one of Fender’s most iconic designs while retaining the traditional Telecaster silhouette. The maple neck features Fender’s Deep “C” profile with rolled fingerboard edges, a sculpted neck heel and a maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius, 22 narrow tall frets and a 25.5" scale length, providing smooth playability across the entire neck.
The electronics are equipped with a pair of Fender V-Mod II Telecaster single-coil pickups, delivering the clarity, articulation and dynamic response associated with classic Telecaster tones. Controls include a master volume, master tone and three-way pickup selector switch, with a push-push tone function that enables both pickups to operate in series for additional tonal versatility. Hardware specifications include a 3-saddle top-load/string-through-body Telecaster bridge with compensated brass “Bullet” saddles, a bone nut measuring 1.685" (42.8mm) and Fender Standard Cast/Sealed staggered tuning machines for reliable tuning stability and accurate intonation.
Additional features include nickel/chrome hardware and black dot fingerboard inlays. As part of the American Professional II Series, the Roasted Pine Telecaster incorporates contemporary refinements while maintaining the fundamental characteristics that have defined the Telecaster for generations.
